Welcome to the Star Theatre

The Star Theatre, home of the Star Players, has been providing quality family entertainment to the people of Wyandot County and beyond since 1977. Star Players, Inc. is a 501c3 organization located in Upper Sandusky Ohio. Star Players, Inc. oversees The Star Theatre, 121 W. Wyandot Avenue. The organization is run by a community board of trustees. The mission of Star Players, Inc. is to support the operation of The Star Theatre, while providing the city of Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, and the citizens of north central Ohio an affordable quality entertainment venue for music, theatre, film, and the arts in general.

>>> Titanic The Musical Auditions
The Star Players, Inc. will be holding open auditions for their summer 2012 musical production of Titanic. Auditions are set for Sunday, May 20, 6 p.m. and Monday, May 21, 6 p.m.

This year’s Star Theatre summer musical production will be directed by David Headings. Auditions are open to teens and adults of all ages. Those auditioning do not need to prepare music, a song from the show will be taught during auditions. Those auditioning will also be asked to read from the script.

This year’s summer musical production of Titanic will be held July 27, 28, 29 & August 3, 4, 5.
